Roll down to Motril

From Pampaneira down to the coast was a descent of about 1400m over 40Kms. But, as we found out, the road was a bit of a
switchback, and we had two stiff climbs of probably 200m each on the way.

In Motril, we found a bicycle workshop which said it could fix Ann's gears, so we booked into a pension. In the evening we
went to the Cultural Centre, which was showing an Irish film called "Once", about two no-hope aspirant songwriters who put each other's lives on track without having an affair. Of course, it was really about two beautiful people singing some great songs. The Spanish subtitles allowed us to understand the inpenetratible Irish! Then we found the equal best tapas bar of our trip for a late night snack.
